I'm not working Tuesday...if Dave wasn't fresh off a four day Middle-East tour, I'd try to convince him we should train down and see everyone...
Not going to happen. Instead, I will take solace in tonight's Boston adventures!
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Hey, another random travel post from me.
So I've got my days free on Monday and Tuesday in NYC and would love to hang with folks if anyone is free and not trapped in one of those job things. I'm kinda thinking I'd like to be a big dork and go ice skating.
Speaking of being a big dork, I'm running very late here. I probably won't get to Boston until 5:30-6ish. Should I still go to Connie's house?
That I do not know. I'd assume so since the tour isn't until 7:30. I'll have my crap with me so that it can be transferred into your vehicle.
Kristin, I would. I'm not planning on getting to Connie's till about then too.
Great! Thanks vw.
I'll call Drew once I get close so you all will know the moment that I begin the inevitable process of getting lost driving into Boston.
I swear, I can get around San Francisco, LA, New York, DC...but Boston kicks my ass every single time. Luckily DX sent me directions and multiple MAPS! I may actually make it.
We won't be at Connies till around then too. (5:30-6ish)
Crap.
Family stuff came up this afternoon. Nothing bad, just time-consuming. Anyway, I'm heading out now (yes, 5 EST), so I'm obviously going to miss Connie's. I don't know how long the drive will take, but I'm guessing about 1:45 to 2:15, which puts me in Boston between 6:45 and 7:15, just in time for the tour.
I will still call Drew when I get to the Boston outskirts to figure out where I should meet everyone.
So I just met the lovely Am-Chau. She's a wonderful person you should make every effort to meet if you have the opportunity. She's sweet and amusing, and she and her kind mother Stephanie were so terribly gracious towards me, helping me take my ridiculous amount of luggage to the place it is being stored. I was so grateful for their help. And lucky to meet her!
ETA: There's a picture, which I will upload when I have a chance.
