I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I can think of a couple of sushi places in teh Quarter, but I can't tell from the pictures if that's one of them.

Where is that crazy bridge? [link] Is it part of the sculpture garden?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Where is that crazy bridge?

That was in the park where our cemetary tour ended. I forget what the park was.

The status is NOT quo.

It was by Congo Square--the birthplace of jazz!

Louis Armstrong Park?

That might be it. There was a statue of Louis Armstrong there....

Cool. I'll have to go look for it. (eta: Have I mentioned how sorry I am to have missed the cemetery tour? And dinner Sunday night? And everything on Friday? Confusing the vampires is hard work, I tell you what.)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

You found a sushi place in the Quarter?

Yep. It was on Chartres, I believe. It had the usual stuff, but also some wacky items like crawfish maki and the like.

Louis Armstrong Park?

Yes.

Hi F2Fers! It was grand to see all of you. This was a very relaxing F2F for me. I didn't feel as rushed to go do go do go do as I have in the past. A nice comfortable gathering of friends.

Still a little disappointed that there were no pictures from the Balcony L'amore. I think I took maybe 3 pictures. I need to check that.

edit to note the weather for today at home is highs in the low 90's with severe thunderstorms. Oh yeah. Not walking anywhere.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Hee. I was wondering if anyone had pictures of that.

Oh the live sex show! Have we talked about that in thread yet? Man was that a New Orleans classic.
