F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!
Lovely pictures. I'm so sad -- it's getting so I recognize only a few people.
That picture of the Princess that Plei linked to was lovely. Freckles! She has freckles!
t basks in Kristin's love
Back atcha babe. Even if neither of us personally witnessed the wardrobe malfunction, drat it.
Emma is an amazingly poised and self-possessed baby, in addition to being almost unbearably cute.
Sunday morning, Aimee and MM were on their way to try to catch the airport shuttle while DH and I were having breakfast in the courtyard. A olumn cut off my view of them, but Henry waved, so I asked him who he was waving at. "Emma's parents", he says. And if you can overshadow those two, you have some serious mojo.
I'm collecting all the pictures links for a later combined post, just like last year.
Yay! I was hoping you'd do that.
I am home. Actually, not. I went straight to work. Which would have worked out fine, except some wanker took a long shower and used up all the water before I had a chance to take one. (Amtrak trains have a limited supply of water for showers.) So I feel all icky and un-showered.
But otherwise, things are fine. I have a few more pictures of the F2F to post (along with pictures of swamps that I took from the train). My lack of a USB cable will force that to wait until tonight.
Oh, and many thanks to ND and Kristin et al who helped organize the event!
Someone's teething.
I'll have you know Kristin has all her teeth.
Hee.
But yes, Em is teething. She had her first peice of real food!! A piece of sourdough toast at breakfast on Saturday. She liquified it. She also managed to destroy not one, not two, but THREE SkyMall magazines on the plane. She was so fierce, it kinda scary.

::looks at child. looks at parents. looks at child. shrugs::
She also ate the room service menu in our hotel room.

It's obviously a comment on the consumer society and conspicuous consumption. It was probably a $1,000 barbecue grill that set her off.
Probably.

And about 1700000 napkins.
