The wireless sucks and blows. I was actually able to connect to the network (so the wireless card tells me), but it still doesn't work. My wireless card lies.

If we get totally desperate for internet access, my home network is always up. Not so handy, but there it is.
There's a nice little Internet cafe not too far from the hotel, that DH used when we were there in January. It's pretty cheap. Let me see if I can find the name/address. (It's near Jackson Square, down a little alley, with a nice coffeeshop right next door. Which I know really narrows it down...)

Yes, that's the one! Highly recommended if the hotel's wireless isn't working out.
For anyone who does manage to get a wireless connection working, I'm going to meander down to the hotel at some point and try last night's strategy of looking for people I recognize.
