Ann, that's a ferret.

-t, is "scattered thundershowers" weatherese for, "it's summer, so there's automatically at least a 20% chance of rain, regardless," or a sign of something more serious?

Also, in the "to ingest" list, I'd add Dixie Beer if they still make it. Not that it's particularly great beer, but it is locally brewed.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Fred, Abita is locally brewed, too, and it's very good.

Our wings are not tired.

Don't drink beer, but I have to ask where the tag comes from DX. Hee.

Also, 48 hours from now I will be in the Fort Lauderdale airport waiting for my plane to depart!!!

Thundershowers now and again are a normal part of life for me. One of the many reasons I don't wear product in the hair or makeup. I expect to have to towel off from time to time.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

12 hours from now my train will depart!

Theoretically.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Waves "bon voyage" to all the departing F2Fers.

Safe travels to you all, and take lots of pictures.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm guessing it's the normal afternoon showers, DX. Weather.com is also reminding us to wear sunscreen. The "sightseeing index" is still at "7 - Good", for what that's worth.

And stick to the Abita. Way better than Dixie.

I won't have time to go home tonight after work (going straight to the train station), so in a weird way I've already left.

Maybe once I've had some caffeine the previous sentence won't make sense.

Is anyone else bringing sunblock? I did. I figure if I don't bring it, it will be all sunny and I'll get sunburnt. So I guess the rain is my fault.

eta: sunscreen x-post.

I have to ask where the tag comes from DX.

It was from a conversation on another board about batting orders that strayed a bit.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Whoot. 24 hours and I'll be boarding a plane.

So very much to do before then.

I have a huge list of things that need to be done today as well. Still trying to figure out how to frame Guilder.
