Vortex and DX - I am very interested in Commander's Palace and I come in Thursday. If table size is a problem, I'll find something else to do ... there must be SOMETHING I could find to amuse me in New Orleans ....
F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!
You can take me off that list. Unless my financial situation changes pretty dramatically between now and then (which is possible, but not too likely), I probably won't be going to NO.
oops, forgot to add Toddson to the list, she had responded as well.
DX, I'd like to get on that list.
I'd like to be on that list too. If it's not too late.
DX, I'd like to get on that list.

- FAQ Girl
- Laura
- Brendon

- Tommyrot
The CP has an online reservation system. Since we already have a reservation for 8, I figured I'd play around and see if I could make another reservation for 8 people at 6pm. It wouldn't let me, but they appear to have an opening at 7pm.
So I'm going to take the 7pm. If it turns out that we double/over booked, I can always reduce the number in my party, or cancel it altogether.
Ah, the 7PM may work for those of us who are arriving on Friday. With an arrival at 2:46pm and the transport factor to the hotel I am cutting it close. A little delay and we will be too late. However, a fabulous dining experience will be oh so nice after a day of travel.
Also -- Note to DX: If you call the restaurant, it may be best if you don't mention that my party is connected to yours. Maybe I'm being overly cautious, but I've heard of places that don't like to have their room overrun by one large group. They think it ruins the atmosphere for other diners.
