Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I think one of the funniest moments was when we were at the Italian restaurant and you rather graphically described what you wanted to do the first time you saw Spike on Buffy. The look from the man behind you was comedy gold. And he kept on stealing looks at you the rest of the way through dinner

I missed this too! There is too much to pay attention to in a group of buffistas.

Well, shit. Time keeps getting away from me and I suck, but I'm going to see what I can pull together when I get home from work tonight. For me, money isn't the issue so much as getting time off.

Regardless, will donate to fund tonight.

And like Dana, prom isn't a big part of my F2F experience, so if it has to be cancelled, so be it.

Hey, I just made a snap decision to make a quick trip to Chicago Sunday. Would any night owl Chicago-istas be interested in meeting for drinks or a late supper after 10:30 that night, or for breakfast the following Monday morning?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I could probably manage a drink or two, depending on where you are.

Sadly, haven't been able to produce any of that since, what, January?

God, that's really sad.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Hm. I'm working 7pm - 5am Sunday night.

For me, money isn't the issue so much as getting time off.

It's too bad we can't pool our resources. For those dates I have time, but I don't forsee having the money. Time is a difficult thing to share.

Now time isn't the only issue. I checked my calendar, and realized that my father's surgery to replace his pacemaker is scheduled for May 19th.

I'm pulling up PayPal now to donate, though.

I'll be in the Lincoln Park area over by Clark St. and Arlington. I will have my car with me this trip, so driving elsewhere is a possibility as long as the directions aren't too convoluted.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I missed Sail's comment at the Italian restaurant, too! I did see Owen sign "milk," though. So cute!

I've posted a summary of Day One and Day Two of the Ohio weekend here, if anyone's interested. More to come. Eventually.
