"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You think?

The lobster itself was pretty rich. Also there was a certain point where my critical faculties dissolved into pleasurable groans.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I know it's been a factor for me - I'm planning to call on Friday, so that the room will come out of the middle of the month check.

Ditto here, I've been holding out for tax refunds (the big one has now come in) and word from potential roomies. But barring difficulties on the hotel's end, I'll have a room reserved by the 16th.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm going to be reserving a room for Thursday and Friday nights, and I might just reserve for Saturday as well even though I won't be there in case someone needs one later in the game and the rate's gone up - I can always cancel the last night if need be. Happy to share on any of those nights.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I'm going.

Our wings are not tired

We are up to $1,105 in the main fund. That is before PayPal fees, so actually closer to $1,000 probably.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Booked my room. Yay!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I will just reiterate the virtues of going to Bacco's lunch special where you can get lobster ravioli in butter sauce, topped with caviar and 25 cent martinis.

When you were pimping them to me back in January, they were ten-cent martinis. What's up with that, yo?
