I am threadsucking and trying to get all the things mentioned, but in particular I was wondering if we have a transportation coordinator, or a roommate coordinator yet.
Links for restaurants, cemetary tours, etc. would be helpful too.

I'll have my car, though I'm not going to have it over at the hotel. It will be at a friend's house during the weekend.

I will be available for airport runs and whatnot - I plan on not working by then. I can probably be a transportation co-ordinator, though I'm not entirely certain what I'm volunterring for.

well, really just making a note of who's coming in where, so that you can help people arrange rides, or cab together or whatever. I'm happy to send you the spreadsheet that I used last year, if you coordinate. It's got email addys and cell phones for a lot of people.

What Vortex said about the transport coordinator. People who can transport send you info, then people flying in send you their arrival and departure info. Try and match best you can. This may include grouping people in shuttles too. -t - I can add your email if you are volunteering!
For the roommate coordination it seems that in the past people just posted that they were looking for a roomie and it happened on board.
