Do not get me started on MIA. those initials are prophetic.

PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO GO TO COMMANDER'S PALACE

I have made a reservation for 6PM on Friday the 20th, but the have a 9PM if that is a problem (I'm happy to have a big lunch and eat late) I scheduled for Friday rather than saturday, since we need to eat at the Prom.

I have Kristin T, DX Machina, -t and DH, and Matt. Anyone else?

I have only changed planes in LAX once. I've changed planes a number of times in Dallas, and it's a bad airport in which to make a close connection. I have a violent dislike of the St. Louis airport, which contains absolutely no signs. You have to find things by telepathy. I like Atlanta, but it's my home airport and I know all the tricks.

Oh, and the dress for the evening is "upscale". They no longer REQUIRE a jacket and tie, but they will look down on any male not wearing one :)

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Put me on the list too. I think. (I haven't totally figured out my schedule yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll be there on Friday.)

Vortex, would it be too inconvenient for everyone if I requested the 9pm reservation instead of the 6pm? I'm driving in Friday, possibly with SA and Erin as passengers, and the earlier time is uncomfortably close to our ETA.

not at all, that's why I asked. I'm coming in early, so it didn't occur to me until after I'd hung up that it might be close for those coming in on Friday. Oh no, I'll be forced to either eat huge at lunch, or have a snack at 4PM. THE HORROR.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've had flights delayed by more than a few minutes exactly twice in my life,

Wow. I fly four times, I'll have two delays.
