Cyberduck is free, but I'm not a huge fan of the interface. CaptainFTP has a 30-day free trial version, but I agree with ND that Fetch is the way to go if you end up paying for anything.
Of course, I was looking in the wrong place. I'm using version 10.3.9. How does that translate into big cat breeds?

Does Safari do ftp upload and download? I use Konquerer for FTP on Linux and it is related to Safari.

I may try that. We don't need to use the FTP site so much as I need to be able to help the guys at the post houses use it, if necessary (which I doubt, I'm sure both post houses have technically savvy peeps who can use FTP just fine on their own).
