It's better than an FM modulator, that's certain.
The input through the CD Changer inputs typically will outdo either of those options since it's pretty much a standard line input.
Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!

I know Apple makes it hard to put songs on any other iPod.
Plug the new iPod into your computer and it will get all your music. What could be easier?
Rilly? Then how come that doesn't happen with, like, someone else's random iPod? Does iTunes just go, like, OH THAT'S A NEW ONE?
Also, will my old iPod still work w/ it?
When you plug in an iPod associated with another copy of iTunes, it will ask you before replacing the contents with your music.
Your old iPod will still work with iTunes.
You are full of genius information. I thank you.
I can't wait for Saget to get home with my presssssssentsssssss!
Oh, so speaking of iPods, I'd like to take my brand-spanking new one to London with me in January. Will a typical US-to-Europe plug adaptor work? Do I need anything special? Should I worry that I will blow out my brand-spanking new iPod and be forced to commit ritual suicide?
ita i have used Skype. i like it. i get to talk to my friend in Belguim for free. *g* overall it seems to work just fine. while i was out shopping i noticed a computer mag on the checkout line that had an article about it. how it works and how it can actually be free. very interesting read IMO. it was created by the same guy who came up with Kazaa.
A typical adapter will work, But for about $40 you can get the official iPod world adapter kit: [link]
Part number M8794G/B if you look elsewhere.
Buy.com has it for $39.79 with free shipping: [link]
Huh. Am I worried enough to spend $40?
Thanks for the link.
CaBil ... have you check Area450.com? They might have more information and you can get some upgraded firmware while you're there. I used the OFFA firmware on my Magnavox and it's turned it into a new dvd player :)
