Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

But people watch video on PDAs and PSPs.

Yep. And they're cra-zee.

The iPods will have video out, so you could download movies and carry them around with you, even if you don't watch them on the small screen.

I can think of a whole lot of people who will be very happy to hear that. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to figure out how to support them....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The PSP screen is quite a bit larger than an entire iPod, and it's actually got a widescreen orientation to it, so it's not too bad for watching videos.

Well, my point was that if a PSP is too small for me to comprehend viewing on, an iPod is right out.

Our wings are not tired

I was actually kinda suprised by how viewable video is on my PSP.

That's what makes a horse race. I figure someone likes/doesn't mind the size. Just not me.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Apple has new crap up on their front page: [link]

Hrrm. I know there was a link to iTunes 5 that didn't set off my work filter, but I know I can't get to [link] from here.

I'm still bummed that the iPods cap out at 60 GB. I'm really waiting for at least an 80 GB model and preferably a 100 GB one.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

We may not be able to know this yet, but the downloadable TV shows on iTunes-- where would they be played? The video iPod? Your computer? Your DVD player?

Yeah, I was hoping for an 80 too. But a 60 would probably do me for a few years.

Are the new iPods wider, or is that just my brain?
