Hmm. It's sounds like the finest party I can imagine getting paid to go to.

Nebbermind. I'm giving up for tonight. I'll play with it more tomorrow.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It's automatically going to another wireless router, and I can't choose mine.

What kind of laptop?

It might be set to automatically connect to the strongest signal. If it's a Mac I can maybe help you, but I've never messed around with WiFi on a Windows maching.

All is well that ends in pizza.

VW, did you connect to it via ethernet first?

Yup. And that connection works fine. Actually, they all work fine now, but I have encryption disabled, which is *not* how I want to keep it. I've decided to mess with it more, though, when the DSL is working, since I may have to redo parts of this when I switch modems.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Any Tivo experts out there? My Tivo won't connect - I get a No DHCP Server message whether I'm using wireless or plugging it in to the network. The other day, it was also failing to pick up that the cable/router was plugged into it. Any brilliant ideas that don't involve me having to replace the fucker?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I need to recreate this image [link]

in a format that will work for print, rather than web, and that I can use in Microsoft Word and Microsoft publisher.

The tools I have available are word or publisher. Are there any freeware programs out there wherein this would be easier?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

You might search for a blurry speed-liney font that looks like that. Then you could type it into whatever app you want.

Sophia, I can recreate it for you and send it to you, if you like.

That would be awfully nice of you Deena. We have been taking the web image, resizing it, and using it on print, and it is driving me crazy!

I am at email deleted
