"Great"! Thanks tommy and ita. I just needed to know it wasn't just me who couldn't access the site. Now I know the problem is at the server end and not here at my end of the journey.

I can't ping ehrensteinland.com - the host does not resolve. So it still looks like a DNS issue.
Did you just change something, and the change has not yet propegated through DNS-land?
No, I've not changed anything, tommy, and that's the problem.
We're on a shared IP and I believe that's the cause of the frequent downtime the site has been experiencing. They say it has nothing to do with the IP but I'm not convinced.
I can access the site's control panel using the IP address, so I'm fairly sure it's got nothing to do with them rebooting the server, which is their standard excuse for any downtime.
