All is well that ends in pizza.

On Azureus sometimes bad torrent froze the whole client in Windows. At least for me it used to be a problem, but they probably fixed that a year +ago, I suppose.

Because of early Azureus issues on my Windows machine, I've been using tornado since it was not named tornado.

Hey. New board.

I'm a big Azureus fan on a Mac at least.

Not because it's good, really. Takes a lot of memory and whatnot. Just because everything else really sucks.

I have hope that, someday, Bits on Wheels will be good. Right now, it's just sort of starting to get there.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'm so happy I have the Buffistas. Now every time Azureus tells me to update, I sneer at it and go on my merry way. Azureus is my bitch.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I've got a laptop (Dell Inspiron 4100) and when I started using it today, every couple of minutes the screen will dim, as if it's going into powersave, and then brighten again about 30 seconds later. I've got it plugged in and the battery is fully charged, so I'm pretty sure it's not a battery issue. The stuff that's changed recently is that I've installed a new wireless card (which I don't think would affect anything) and that I had the computer in my backpack for awhile, which I'm thinking could have jostled something loose or something. Any ideas what to do?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's not just a USB hub -- it's cute and talks too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

it's cute and talks too.

But Hello Kitty has no mouth - how can it talk?

Kitty is also able to speak Japanese and English in response to keyboard input.

What does it say? "Argh! I'm a fucking USB hub! Kill me now!"

Gizmos are quickly taking a new place in your life. They have undergone an aesthetic makeover so they blend well into your lifestyle, and now they are even getting a voice. This new breed of talking gizmos is already seen in LG's Cyking range of vacuum cleaners. The VCC402CTU and VCC402HTU models will talk to you to when the power mode is being manually altered and when the bin is ready to change. The Cyking range will be available in the UK from the end of July and prices will vary from £200 according to the model.

I'm not a chick, so can someone explain to me why chicks need talking vacuum cleaners?

It's screaming that's the problem.

Well, I don't necessarily need the thing to talk... but I wouldn't mind a Hello Kitty Vacuum cleaner.

And my mom would never let me have the cutesy pink toys I wanted that all matched. So now that I am a grown-up, I can have them.
