"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Kristen's is a good one. I also like torrentspy.com

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, so when you said "the end of Gilmore Girls", you didn't just mean that you'd missed it. You meant that it ran long for some inexplicable reason and now all of us who were out having lives have to download the damn thing to see the last three minutes of the freaking season finale.

Find a torrent yet?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Yes, yes and yes. I started the download before leaving for work, so hopefully it'll be waiting for me when I get home.

Thanks. What a giant pain in the posterior.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aaaaand it's split into 30 different rar files. *headbonk*

This happened to me with an ER ep, but WinRAR handled it transparently.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I had a zillion RAR files for an OC episode, but it played just fine.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

It's a minor inconvenience, but it's still annoying. How much effort can it be for someone setting up the torrent to de-RAR first?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I am borrowing someone's iBook (brand new - OS X 10.4.0) and I don't have the adminstrative password. I need that password to set up Ethernet networking, but will I need it to connect to a WiFi network? (My iBook is still in the shop.)
