Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Apple, TiVo and BMW should produce a car. It would have the ability to "pause" a trip, by shifting a selector into "Park."

If I only had a brain...

I want them to produce my life, so that there would be rewind and fast-forward functions.

The future of PowerMacs: (from slashdot)

Eug writes "Apple just released a new version of its CHUD tools, which provides clues about dual-core G5s and quad core Macs (dual dual-core). The clues include a reference to the 970MP, which is dual-core G5 with increased L2 cache. Also, there is now support for 4 CPUs, whereas previous versions of these Mac OS X tools only supported 2. This likely means we'll see dual-core Macs by WWDC, and possibly quad Macs based off these dual-core chips by then too."

Question about routers...

Is it possible to connect a wired router to a wireless router?

Is this just a fucked up idea?

help!

My boss has typed an e-mail in Microsoft Entourage, with the HTML turned on. It has different font sizes and bold and such.

She would like me to e-mail this to about 2000 people, whioch I have either in an excel spreadsheet or in Filemaker Pro.

However, when this goes to her computer or my computer, all the formatting is lost, and the email doesn't even appear in our default HTML font, but in, I think the fixed width font (it appear like old-time pine email.

What can I do to send this out correctly? Is there a way to merge excel with entourage?

Just one question. Any chance your boss would consent to using plain text email rather than HTML? Because HTML e-mail is evil, wastes bandwidth. Don't know about your customers, but if I've subscribed to an email list, having it send me HTML email is the quickest way I know to get me to unsubscribe.

It's possible, LeN.

I don't know if a Mac can just read the file, but if you download Open Office, I know OO can read the file.
