Not buying used Palms again

I've always bought my Palms on eBay, but I'm a Luddite who only has a Palm III. If the hospital staff hadn't dropped mine and smashed the screen, I'd be heading for two years on the one I had before the most recent.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Perhaps we could just look up-ish and say "Computer!" and then Majel Barrett would answer.

I had to Imdb her to see what you were talking about. Damn, she's been doing the voice for Star Trek computers since 1973 (the animated series).

You need to turn in your geek card now, Tom.

Yes, as an adult I have often... not watched enough television.

I also didn't know she played both Number One in "The Menagerie"/"The Cage" and Nurse Chappel in ST:TOS.

<does the dance of having outgeeked tommyrot>

Huh. I didn't even realize there were those who aspired to my level of geekyness.

<realizes that this is a really lame and dorky and rhythmless dance>

As it should be.

The appearance of things change according to the emotions and thus we see magic and beauty in them, while the magic and beauty are really in ourselves.--Kahlil Gibran

Check me into the Old Geeks Home. I caught a few of the original episodes first run.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

larger screen

I say always go with the better display.

The T5 is nice. It (or it's successor) is at the top of my list should my trusty Clié ever die.

Also tempting is the Tapwave Zodiac [link]

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I caught a few of the original episodes first run.

I saw them all in first run.
