in other news, "Charmed" was renewed for God's sake. So this finale should be interesting.
Yeah, I really don't get that. Aren't they supposed to all die at the end of this finale?

The Great Mysteries of Neverending Renewal:
Charmed
JAG
Murphy Brown
Facts of Life
I think JAG has finally ended. Anyway, I saw ads for its finale, and they were ads like, "Who gets paired off?" rather than "Who will hang one-handed off a cliff for 4 months?" Considering it is a show with rules about who may not sleep with whom, I think that means ending.
My Great Mysteries list includes the lesser Law & Orders as well. (Also, possibly, the main one, because I am the biggest purist in the world.)
JAG did indeed get the axe.
Didn't one of the Law & Orders get the axe too? Trial by Jury or something like that?
Yep. Trial by Jury. Which I think got yanked because, without Jerry Orbach, no one cared.

Yep. The one Jerry Orbach was supposed to be on. *sniff*
What was the wording of that Oliver on The OC spoiler, I wonder? It'd be pretty weak if they were fooled by the line in the ep referring to him.
Oh, I assumed it was the other way around. (That the line was a shout-out to the foiler.)
This is the spoiler I read from TV Guide:
Question: Is it true that Oliver is coming back to The O.C.? — Bec
Ausiello: You mean the character formerly known as Josh Schwartz's Shameless Plot Device? Sadly, yes, I'm hearing he's coming back — and suffice it to say I'm not happy. The O.C. came thisclose to jumping the you-know-what when they introduced Marissa's deranged rehab buddy last season, and I thought Josh had learned his lesson. Luckily, it appears Ollie is just returning for the final episode, which, coincidentally, finds Seth, Summer, Marissa and Ryan caught in some kind of crossfire at the Bait Shop. Great, not only is Psycho Boy back, but someone went and gave him a gun?!?!
