Jayne (Husband): Oh, I think you might wanna reconsider that last part. See, I married me a powerful ugly creature. Mal (Wife): How can you say that? How can you shame me in front of new people? Jayne (Husband): If I could make you purtier, I would. Mal (Wife): You are not the man I met a year ago.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

From the rumblings I've heard, he was unhappy about how much screen time he could get in a show with so many characters.

Yeah, I was kind of unhappy with how much screen time he was getting, too.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

heh heh. man. maybe he is a better actor in other vehicles.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

maybe he is a better actor in other vehicles.

You mean besides falling airplanes?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Nah. From the rumblings I've heard, he was unhappy about how much screen time he could get in a show with so many characters.

Well, that's understandable - being a regular on a high-rated show is SUCH a carreer killer.

rolls eyes forever

Actually, given comments from the actor, maybe he was just scared he'd have to kiss Terry O'Quinn at some point.

(LeN, I think you just replied in the main thread by accident.)

(It did make for an interesting x-post however.)

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

LOL. oh dear. I'll correct it.

Locke doesn't seem to be the kissing type.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Well, while I think he was the weakest link in a very good ensemble cast, I don't think he was a bad actor. He was the best thing about The Rules of Attraction. (Admittedly, out-acting James Van der Beek and Shannon Sossamon isn't setting the bar all that high, but not a hint of his homophobic toolishness bled into the performance.) It's got to be tough having most of your scenes with Terry O'Quinn in terms of comparison.

That said, if someone were paying me outrageous sums of money to work outdoors in Hawaii, where I got along great with my co-workers and received widespread career exposure and accolades from a constantly growing fan base, I probably wouldn't choose to complain to the press about it.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Re Lost, is Boone the only major cast member who is going to die? It looked from the previews shown this week that Locke gets shot. I know that could be misleading, or could be part of his back story, showing how he ended up in the wheelchair, but a death that actualy meant something to me would be nice as well.
