I would only define "big" as one of the core 14. Locke's death would have more of an impact on the show IMO than Jack, but I think both of them are safe.

Boone and Claire seem to have the biggest targets on their chests.

Boone could off Shannon. That could be defined as betrayal.

Fury apparently said that the actor being killed off was one who had good reason to be back stateside. I'm not too thrilled by the prospect either, but a lot more of the spoilers are clicking into place with him than with any of the other possible candidates. If the "betrayed by an ally" thing is accurate, I assume that would mean that Shannon rather than Boone withholds info that proves fatal.

Oh that'd be a terrible loss. He's one of the most interesting characters, and one of the best actors.
