"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Lost Speculation:

hmm. I wonder if Hurley is gonna kill Locke this season. Someone surprising kills someone according to the spoilers and "the action will be understandable."

Maybe Charlie kills Ethan?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think Charlie killing Ethan is too understandable to be surprising.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Unless E!'s Kristen has a crack-induced view of how much affection viewers have for Kate or Jack, I think the "love to pieces" part of the spoiler indicates the killing will have to be performed by Charlie, Hurley, or Claire. My wish list includes Claire snapping out of her shocked victimized state to club Ethan (or whoever) to death unexpectedly.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

ita, I think the surprise is that the character kills someone at all.

E!'s Kristen

I really wish she was still Wanda.

But I think Charlie is Clare-fixated enough that killing anyone other than Ethan would be surprising. Killing him, NSM. If he killed someone else standing between him (at least in his mind) and Clare (or even Ethan), then I'd be both surprised and understanding.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

What about if Walt kills Ethan?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Or maybe Vincent is the one who goes off his meds, and goes Cujo on all their asses.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Maybe Charlie kills Ethan?

Charlie kills Ethan at the end of Homecoming. It's surprising only because nobody expected him to be there with a gun at the time, and also because they thought that everyone understood and agreed with the plan to capture and question him.
