Sad news concerning Andy Whitfield and Spartacus.
His cancer has recurred and he has been advised to not return to the show.
(Marcia - that totally makes sense re: those pictures. Friend of mine thinks that the Sam we see looking through that Window is really Lucifer Sam. . .(Hee. Love that song.)
Oh dear. I hope doctors can find a treatment that will result in a lasting remission for Andy.
My hopes aren't high however. That's a cancer that normally goes into long remission, and his lasted less than a year.
I've never seen the show Spartacus, but I do wish him well.
OTOH, Sumi, from some new episode pics, we might be seeing Jared and his stunt double. Looks like 2-fer Deans and 2-fer Sams in that ep. Not a bad thing, IMHO. :-)
Deadline.com reports on Criminal Minds casting news:
Rachel Nichols has been tapped for an arc on Criminal Minds later this season. Criminal Minds had been planning to add a new female regular cast member in the wake of the A.J. Cook's departure. I hear the character Alias alumna Nichols will play, FBI cadet Ashley Seager, was originally envisioned as a new regular but that has changed, and Nichols will now appear in 3 episodes. Seager is invited by Agent Hotch to consult on a case after learning her family history will bring a unique insight into the mind of a serial killer.
Hey! It's Rebecca Locke!
Does this mean we'll finally get to see the 900 lb. cannibal on Criminal Minds?
OMG. Your mind goes to the most twisted places.
