I was unaware of the Legally Blonde musical (funny!) but, based on the article, it's possible that she's doing both. They said there was a "small window" in her schedule. I would guess she's only appearing in a few episodes.

I do have to say, that while I'll still be watching it, I'm glad she got on Heroes instead of Lost. I think she would've been good in either, but Heroes is the one I'm looking forward too.

Janeane Garofalo will join the cast of Fox's 24 next season as a government agent named Janis Gold. 24 is scheduled to begin filming season No. 7 on Sept. 20.
