The episode of the Reaper that is being shown is a repeat of the pilot. It's premiering on Tuesday and then repeating two days later - and it'll be up against the csi and GA premieres.
I read that csi and WAT are going to do a cross-over with Grissom on WAT and Jack on csi.
Also - TAR is doing away with NELs. (Woo hoo!!)
ETA: this link to the blog where the csi/WAT/TAR info came from.
I think the kerfuffle is rubbish, myself -- SPN is in it's 3rd year, it should be able to survive a day change just fine. It's entirely possible CW are panicing about Reaper sticking. In fact, I'd place money on it.
Yeah. I'm not happy that it's even later but I'm glad it's not opening up opposite the premiere of GA and csi.
And I'm pleased that we will see Ellen and Gordon and Agent Hendrickson again.

I zeroed in on the Ellen and Bobby mention—that was my biggest concern about the new season.
My impression is that Kripke is being a bit disingenuous about the new additions; the "We don't know which girl is going to spark to which guy" line sounds like the intent is definitely for a romance of some sort to happen. Which I don't actually have any objection to as long as they wait to make sure the chemistry between the actors is good, as seems to be the case.
JM approached Torchwood about appearing - and he's going to be in the season 2 premiere.
(Check out the JB/JM photo.)
And there's plenty of slash action in the episode in question. I believe he originally approached for Doctor Who, which makes the slash all the more funny.
Well, they did promise "omnisexual" action, right?
I should see if I can find that photo w/o spoilery content.
Okay, w/o the article. . . and post it -
Darn it -- it would still be spoilery, wouldn't it?
Is there any date set for Torchwood to start the next season? Sooner would be better. It will be fun to see JM and I can see Alan Dale in the show easily. I just want Captain Jack back on a regular basis!
