Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

It still looks like it has some red in it to me, a very dark brown-auburn.

HIMYM Ugh it's horrible!

I like it. though it hasn't been as great for me this season as it was last...

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Aly did her hair that colour as a joke over the season 1 - 2 break, and the producers let her keep it as it fitted with the plot (being away from Marshal). I know this because I ran into Alexis Denisof whilst he was in Liverpool doing his stint on All My Sons at the theatre. (And had to ask about Alyson's hair, obviously).

What is even happening?

General Hospital spoiler. The show is going to kill off Alan Quartermaine. TV Guide reports Stuart Damon is being let go (well, they said "fired" but then didn't tell any story that sounds as scandalous as "fired" does).

I haven't watched in years, but that just seems wrong, somehow. Let him fade away or move away, or something. Sheeesh.

Guza is really pissing off all of the long time fans with the way he's treating the old guard. the GH comm i'm in is going just a bit nuts and starting a campaign about this.

i'm tired of the Sonny and Jason show and if they were smart, they'd have Jason regain his Quartermaine memories and shake things up.

He still hasn't regained his Q memories? That's just dumb. I sort of love Steve Burton, but ugh.

I just think it's dumb when Soaps kill people off, because they so often end up bringing them back, and it's not like you get an urn of osirus on e-bay (any more) and barf up a snake, in Port Charles.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Heh. Just because you're talking about GH here, I feel compelled to mention that Colleen the evil nanny is a good friend of my bro's and went to my high school. She was at my bro's wedding and my dad made sure to get his picture taken with her so that, in his words, he could "Show off the picture when she got really famous."

Dad and evil nanny.

Me and evil nanny (with extra random girl).

The evil is this way?

Really? They're killing Alan? Can't they just send him overseas or something? Sheesh. I am guessing, by the way, that this will tie back into the "Who Really Killed Rick Webber" storyline. Because in addition to being Laura Spencer's stepdad, Rick was a major romantic rival of Alan's back in the day. They were both after Monica.

What is even happening?

That's where I came in, Narrator, before Luke and Laura (although after Laura killed David Grey), when Rick was cheating on a frigid Lesley with Monica, and Alan was more of a homicidal jealous type (who was also sleeping around) rather than a good humored doc. I think the last time I watched, Alan and Monica were getting divorced (and it seemed for real -- they maybe even had gotten divorced).

Teppy, that's so cool! If I still watched GH, I'd be having a fangurl moment. For which family does her character work?

Edited, because I just remembered how Laura would put the star on the Christmas tree with Scottie, and make her wish. I think her birthday was around Christmas, wasn't it? It was always the schmoopiest Christmas thing, this side of Amends (which I should watch, tonight).

she plays crazy very well. she was in an episode of something else that i just watched recently and i can't remember what it was now...

For which family does her character work?

she's Nikolas Cassadine's baby's nanny. well...was. he let her go with insistence from Emily cause Emily knows crazy when she sees it. now Colleen has really gone off the deep end and is planning on stealing Spencer.
