See I didn't take the chance on VM last year despite the popularity here. I did however download acquire the first season to play catch up now that it is in S2.
edit to Yay! for false rumors.
[NAFDA] Spoilers for any and all currently running TV shows. All hardcore spoilage, all the time. No white font.

I am doublechecking with Nick's publicist, but the cast seems 100% confident that this was wrong, thankfully. The fates can *not* deny me Nick, Bradley AND Michael Vartan!

Hey, maybe Vartan is the stunt casting (but fun, interesting, worth-it stunt casting) that will cement the show. I really like this show.
I feel all out of sorts this new TV season, because there are a few I like. I like KC, Bones, Everybody Hates Chris (although it's difficult to explain its presence on the TiVo to-do list to my five year old named Chris), and I disremember what else. This time last year, I had literally nothing but Joan of Arcadia (which is now gone, because I loved it).
Pale Hose?
A reference to the White Sox. I'm not sure how wide-spread it is; I know of at least one local sportscaster who refers to them that way. It's endearing, until he does it several times in a row. Then it's just a pain.
The real question is, why are the called the White Sox? When anyone can see that they wear black socks.
Are white socks too dainty? Is it a guilt thing over the 1919 scandal?

We must collectively cross fingers!
You know, I really miss the days when shows got cancelled later in the season, even if it did give me time to get attached.

Soon enough, they just won't come back after a commercial break.
I'm now thinking that Lost only did so well last year despite my loving it at startup so that it could grow infuriating to me and then debut to twice the already amazing viewership once I'd fallen out of love.
A reference to the White Sox.You know, the hose/sox things totally escaped me the first time. I thought you must have meant to type "horse". Duh on me.
It's endearing, until he does it several times in a row. Then it's just a pain. That happened here with "Cowboy up" in 2003. I feel your pain.

Yeah, but "Cowboy up" was one year. They've always been the Pale Hose.
Part of that antiquated sportswriter lingo from the early century where they'd call the pennant a "gonfalon."
