I finally figured out why every time I saw Rose onscreen, I was always thinking I knew her from somewhere else (and yet, I never IMDBed her). She's L. Scott Cauldwell, from The Fugitive! A big "D'oh!" from me for not realizing it before.
Now, if they could just get Joey Pants cast in a flashback, I'd be happy.
