We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

Sayid should rig up a clockwork mechanism that pecks out the numbers and pushes the Execute button every 108 minutes

Okay, how many dipping birds are needed to make this work?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I'm thinking that the last scene of the series will be Locke sitting alone in the bunker, continuing to push the button after everyone else has left the island.

Heh, that's perfect.

So, in light of Sam Anderson's appearence, is it too much to hope that they might get Harry Groener on the show at some point (I'll even take him in a flashback)?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Because that worked out so well when Homer Simpson tried it.

The evil is this way?

I missed the first five minutes. (There was a thing with my VCR and baseball playoff game.) I saw the end of Hurley's dream, with the Korean guy speaking English. Was there anything before that?

Also --Holland Manners! Yea!!

What is even happening?

All right, who had money on Hurley being the Chosen One?

Who had money on "the Lostaways are all dead and in Hell"?

Do I get partial credit for purgatory?

I'm wondering about the candy bars, expecially since neither Rose nor Hurley ever heard of Apollo bars. All the other food seemed to be in generic packaging (even the peanut butter). Which reminds me. Should a nursing mother be eating peanut butter?

According to doctors today, no, she shouldn't. Still, she probably does need some protein, so I don't know. And yeah, about the food, it seems to me that at least one of the things Hurley read off was a Dharma brand thing. Do you think they're all going to end up drugged from this stuff?

OK, I'm sure this has been done ad nauseum, but I only started watching Lost recently, but: Why aren't half the people from a flight out of Sydney Australian??

Maybe it was a charter? Maybe it wasn't an Australian-vacation time of year, and wasn't the right time of day for typical business travel. I don't know, but I am pretty sure most of the people leaving Aruba with me weren't Aruban.

Oh, that's Holland Manners! Duh. Okay, that part made me misty. Hurley's friend looked really familiar too. Was anyone else expecting the van to crash in the "stay gold, Ponyboy" scene? I got nervous.

Yes! Kate, I kept waiting for a look of horror on Hurley's face. I was very surprised they didn't have an Actual! Car Crash.

I don't even know who Claire is. Heh.

She looks a little like Snicker!Bitch (Shannon--the one who was walking the dog) from a distance--small, pretty, blonde. But she's nice. You can tell, because she's not American.

HOLLAND! I totally knew he was Rose's husband, the first time we saw him.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

According to doctors today, no, she shouldn't.

But even if IslandBaby does develop a peanut allergy, she'll already have eaten the only peanuts he'll ever be exposed to.

The generic brands + wacky island + sooper seekrit underground research facility all make me wonder why the raft wasn't chased down by a giant white bubble.

Plus, you know, all those numbers. Maybe Locke is the new Number 2.

"Who are you?"

"The new Number 4 8 15 16 23 42."

Right, and I would think the baby would be more at risk from too little fat and protein in her diet.
