Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Well, they definitely upped the WTF quotient with this episode. I really hope they have a plan. Not being an Ex-Phile, I'm not immune to the disappointment incurred when it turns out they don't.

Conservative, n. A statesman who is enamored of existing evils, as distinguished from the Liberal, who wishes to replace them with others. -Bierce

Did anyone else get the impression that Sawyer and Michael were not captured by the others, but by a different group of crash survivors?

alienp, that's what I thought. Ana Lucia is definately from the plane, so it stands to reason the rest are too. but they have gone way more Lord of the Flies than the group we've been following.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Or, they've gotten sick.

Or, they've gotten sick.

Or have had more run-ins with the "Others," so are more leery of strangers.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I have a feeling that mentioning Rose is going to be what saves the trio's bacon.

Also, WTFEnglish? Jin is really Gavin, and the Dharma project is a Wolfram and Hart sponsored gig?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Jin speaking English so well could be a dream/hallucination.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I love this season SO MUCH.

I'm guessing Hurley's friend from the asylum is ex-Dharma Project, then?

Desmond & Jack's little catch-up session was hysterical. I half-expected him to ask how Jack's ankle was doing.

Or it could be the last nail in the coffin of show making any sense whatsoever....
