Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Did anyone else see a ghost image of the DSW logo when the screen went black?

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Question: if it's so important to type numbers into a computer, why is there not a redundant backup? At least for the smaller equipment. SOP with any type of facility that is that blinking important. Just keeps me thinking it's a giant lab experiment.

Our wings are not tired.

But the Hatch has the candy bars.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Ah, good point, Sail!

And good point, Laura!

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Why not just have a program that enters the numbers automatically every 108 minutes, with a couple of people on-site to check on it?

The guy in the filmstrip specifically said they were forbidden to have a computer program enter the numbers for them.

eta: which would confirm the experiment theory.

Oh, Locke. You chose wrong, didn't you? Damn.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

The guy in the filmstrip specifically said they were forbidden to have a computer program enter the numbers for them.

Which make's Sail's point even more pertinent. It goes against all handling-dangerous-stuff protocol. Think of all the back-up equipment that went into NASA space craft, even back in Apollo.

Now, this is the kind of backstory I like to see.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
