The ultimate viewing party? You need more than chips and dip and possibly popcorn?
Maybe even other people?
Saw Howl's Moving Castle today, and was amazed to discover a Howl/Lost crossover character: Turniphead!
Oh, Beverly, I thought of that, too!
So, went to see War of the Worlds yesterday, and during the trailers for up coming films they had a tralier for Lost which is apparently starting on Channel 4 over here.
First time I've seen a tv show trailed at the pictures.
Weird trailer, it looked more like a fancy perfume ad.
Yep, I saw the Lost cinema trailer too at War of the Worlds in the UK (Liverpool).
Weird trailer, but well shot.
I know Channel 4 are planning to do a media blitz with Lost - they love it bad. I'm not sure why - I lost instead in it after about half way (excuse the pun).
I don't look to WENN for incisive entertainment reporting, but is there even a chance they weren't paid to write this?
While many dramatic TV serials offer a recap during their season premiere, ABC will be offering viewers of its hit series Lost a chance to watch all of the episodes of the past season on DVD. Disney's Buena Vista Home Entertainment announced Tuesday that Lost: The Complete First Season, featuring a making-of documentary, comments from the cast and creators, and outtakes, will be available at DVD outlets on Sept. 6. The second season of Lost, starring an ensemble cast led by Matthew Fox, is scheduled to launch on Sept. 21.
Or they just love the show more than the
other
series that release DVDs before the new season. Hell, if they'd at least commented that it was standard practice for some other net...
Never mind.

I have no idea what WENN is, but every chance. It's probably ABC's press release.
WENN supplies news to IMDB. They
are
fluffy, but this is way the worst I've seen.
Tim Goodman reports from the Television Critics Press Tour:
There are all kinds of transforming moments during the Death March With Cocktails. They are not always of the inside-baseball variety. Many times, against your wishes, they are the stuff of People magazine fodder. Like when you meet a no-name actress like Evangeline Lilly from "Lost" and you know, instantly, she's going to be a star. She's in a little black dress and she's got sparkles on her face and just before you crush the image by projecting her three seasons ahead, holding out for a pay raise and avoiding the press like pus-filled zombies, she says, "You guys wanna smoke a cigar?"
