Possible, but (again, if we can trust the maps... and Danielle) it seems more likely that her boat was up at the northwestern corner where there was the notation "the first camp", since she said the dugout was ashore from their wreck.
I was just watching the end of the ep again, and I think the ship will bump into the "horizon."
They'll find a door and Truman will greet them.
