Cripes but this was a great episode. I guess that getting nearly all the emotional resolution out of the way means they can devote the final episodes to action-y plot stuff.
The Jack and Sawyer scene nearly broke me, seeing as how I was already vulnerable from Sawyer having his shirt off.
I'm a bit 'meh' on the pirate ship thing. It could turn out very, very badly, I think.
One thing I'd have loved to have seen was a Hurley/Rousseau reunion scene.

Mmmmm...yes.
(When he was standing there shirtless in the sun after bringing the new mast to the beach, I turned to DH and said "Thank goodness for baby oil smugglers.")
The only thing that would have made Sawyer-Acts-Decent better would have been if he had been wearing his mismatched glasses.
Anxiously awaiting next week's episode. I think the raft will have to end up back at the island somehow. I wonder if Snicker Bitch will display any more humanoid emotions? I wonder if the Others are other castaways? I wonder how I will survive until Season Two?
You don't think the raft will stay at sea until the fall?
They'd better NOT kill Jin. He...I...just NO.
They won't kill Jin. It would...well, it would upset me. That's reason enough, right?
I didn't think the raft would get off the beach at all, but turned out I was being too cynical.
No, no, they must not kill Jin.
Jessica, can I tag?
Go ahead!
(You'd think that joke would have gotten old by now. And yet!)
NO, they may NOT do away with Jin. I have spoken.
