The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Is it wrong that I was kind of hoping the cargo door would come down on its own, after Jack had admitted defeat, just because it would have made me giggle?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I didn't know you could snap a leg off with a cargo door. That's good to know.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Is it wrong that I was kind of hoping the cargo door would come down on its own, after Jack had admitted defeat, just because it would have made me giggle?

I hope it's not wrong, because this made me laugh and laugh.

Our wings are not tired.

And check out the dueling tagline action! Woot!

It was fun having the tag line tag, but Jessica will no doubt understand my need for a tag change.

For the tag archive:

Laura: I got a spork
Jessica: What's a spork?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I totally missed that quote exchange in the episode- what was it from?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I totally missed that quote exchange in the episode- what was it from?

Not from LOST, Nora but ALIAS. And totally context dependent.

...spork gets in your eyes...

oh, that's cool. Glad I didn't miss any funny dialogue while screaming "lalalalala" with my eyes squeezed shut during the ER segments of "Lost."

Carry on, then!

Our wings are not tired.

The current tag is not due to Lost either. I wasn't that upset about losing Boone, although he did a good job with the dying stuff.

and snerk to Frank's whitefont

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Can we have some discussion regarding why Jack believes Locke murdered Boone?

Is that Jack going off half-cocked (as it were)? Or is there something Locke could have done (short of telling Boone not to get in the damn plane in the first place) that could have prevented his death?

I think Jack is in some denial, but also probably believes that if he'd known about the leg being crushed, then maybe he could have prevented what happened from happening. Elevating it from "Locke did a bad but probably not malevolent thing" to "Locke murdered him" is kind of taking it to 11 and I think it is due to Jack's issues. But it is also informed, I think, by Boone's mumbling about secrets and Locke.
