Nah, but I bet his dad's going to scam a kidney out of him and then have nothing further to do with him. And it'll turn out that crazy!Swoozie isn't really crazy and was also in on it.

So far, parent-child issues have been a theme throughout each character's backstory (except Charlie, but I can fudge that and say "family issues"), so that's gotta be the case with Locke, too.
