Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Or are you talking about her being stone cold?

I'm talking about almost anything that's not been directly demonstrated onscreen, and even then ... I wonder.

I don't feel comfortable extrapolating too much out of Kate. I'm not sure what there is there, with her.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

That reminds me of how I wish "Homecoming" had turned out: instead of Jack miraculously developing prizefighter skills and and Charlie turning executioner, the former gets his ass thoroughly kicked by Ethan again. At some point, we just barely see Ethan's head peeking around his victim, then BLAM! Bullseye gunshot wound and Ethan falls dead. The camera spins to show empty jungle, then races dozens of yards through the trees to reveal Kate calmly aiming her pistol.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Kate was still pretending she didn't WTF to do with a gun back when the marshall was shot. So I can see how she would let Sawyer shoot him. Sawyer acted like he was experienced with guns - shooting the polar bear for instance.

So he really fucked the marshall up.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I just got Mr. H this chair. He's wanted a recliner forever, and I hate lazeeboy looking recliners. The chair actually looks better in person than in the photo.

Now he needs to buy me this loveseat.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hi, Heather! This is the Lost thread. I think you're...lost.

"Don't think of yourself as an organic pain collector racing towards oblivion." Dogbert to Dilbert

Is this really Locke who stumbles, or are they suggesting that lots of people are getting sick?

Perkins, it was Locke who stumbled. The danger of posting late led to the error.

To tell you the truth, this promo really promises quite a turn in the narrative. Locke losing his "miracle" is something I didn't see coming. (Sickness among the survivors, though, has been telegraphed for a long time).

I'm anticipating this episode highly, but I'm worried about the lag time between this episode and the next new one, which I believe to be at the end of April.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Jeff,

According to TV Guide online, there's a new ep on April 6th. Where did you get the "no new eps until end of April after this one" info?

[insert something funny here]

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

I meant that there was a new ep on April 6th as well as the new ep this week.

Anyhow This page says that after that, there are no new eps until the beginning of May. There is the Lost special on April 27th.
