The evil is this way?

Right, but what I mean is, do U.S. lottery winners usually make the news in other countries?

Well, it was a really big payout. Also, his grandfather died during the press conference. Irony plays in any culture, doesn't it? Particularly when it's on film.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

But I still wanna know why Hurley is "considered something of a warrior"

Is it possible that he was making a joke at his own expense?

I mean, so far lots of the little comments the characters have made turn out to be significant, sure.

But sometimes a joke is just a joke.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I still think he's a gamer.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

But sometimes a joke is just a joke.

And sometimes a cigar is a penis.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Or a banana.

Naveen Andrews fans, grab this week's EW. It's got a short feature on him and a very nice B&W photo.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hee. Give the internet numbers, and we'll keep happily spinning our wheels for years. Or at least a month, since we've got that long before we see anything else. It's probably just Fury's childhood locker combination.

It is fun, though.

What a terrible burden to have been carrying all this time, to believe himself responsible for the crash and all those deaths. Every time a survivor complained about anything, he'd have been taking it to heart.

I've wondered about this. Have I been missing all the cryptic shots to Hurley feeling guilty?

I think Hurley has managed to maybe release himself of the immediate guilt by fixating on the numbers as the culprets. Externalizing, instead of internalizing, unlike Sam Toomey did in Australia.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I have in my hand a printed $1 Powerball ticket with The Numbers. Drawing is tonight.

I really meant to do this.

Then again, I also meant to buy it and send it in an envelope to my ex to freak him out.
