We're still working on a plan, but so far it involves being sent to prison and becoming somebody's bitch.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Tamara, that's great! After all our Sawyer talk today, it was too funny.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists.

Thanks for the welcome!

I sorta thought this, too. But I'm not sure that it did convince Sawyer of anything. For one thing, he took the case from Kate because he could. Despite Kate's pretty serious attempts to recover it, he refused to return it without explanation, because he could. Sawyer will always prey on those he feels weaker than himself. I don't think that is going to change very soon. He just fears the wrath of Jack/Sayid.

See, I read that scene differently. To me, it was very much Sawyer accepting a place in the pack heirarchy. It was confrontation stripped down very much to the pure alpha male level -- you could practically hear the barking! And as I said over on TWOP, Sawyer's language very much said to me he was accepting it, perhaps even pleased. He addressed Jack as 'Jack', only the second time *ever* he's used someone's name to address him, and that was not a sarcastic 'brother' in his final words.

I don't doubt that that Sawyer will continue to wangle over cigarettes or whatever, but I doubt we'll have any more real bullshit over things like inhalers.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh! And while I'm thinking of it, this is for all you freaks who think Sayid/Shannon is like, cute, or something.

Some of you may have noticed, as I did, that the Lost song Tamara linked to was inspired by "The Llama song". As a note of warning, don't click the Llama song link.

Really, don't.

Unless you're Aimee, I mean.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Really, don't.

Right. And we shouldn't put beans in our ears either.

Thanks. A. Lot.
