Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

(who was referred to on the TWOP boards as a redneck) is a) reading a novel and b) willing to be seen reading a novel with a bunny rabbit on the cover. If he knew what kind of book...

See? This is starkest tinfoil-hat thinking. This is "Ooh, There is an eye over the pyramid, let's make a movie!" thinking, at it its finest.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I get a kick out of finding other Lost discussions, and looking for the post-episode reactions.

From Comic Book Resource:

WHEW! MAN! I never, ever, not in a million years would have seen THAT coming! Man! That was just GREAT! Lost has been such a great series so far! This episode was definitly the best! The whole reveal about Locke (him being in a wheelchair) was just stunning! A miracle indeed! Wow!

Sounds so familiar... hee.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I sure hope the writers don't go the route of the "magical Negro" like King did.

I think there are elements of it with Walt, but the same could be said for other people. I think there are also elements of the "magical cripple" with Locke, with the twist that what makes him magical makes him not a cripple.

Just to refresh my memory of the spoiler rules, can the aired previews be discussed here, without whitefonting, or not?

The pilot ...

What? I just overslept and now you get all mysterious on me? C'mon, where's my moment to go "doh!"

Wimp.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Sean, re: the spoilers, honestly, I can't remember which one it was. I don't even remember exactly what it was I read. I'm not bad at forgetting things I want to forget if I work hard enough at it, and I averted my eyes, so I didn't get it all. I probably took something too seriously.

I read The Stand when it first came out in the unabridged version. I have no clue how it could map. I just remember the plague and the tunnels and Flagg.

Sorry about the cryptic. "the pilot started at night..." therefore, something.

Get that tounge out of that cheek, boy!

The Penny-Arcade comic has a Lost strip from last week:

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I bet Locke maps to Randall Flagg most readily by end of season.

Someone is selling on ebay the same issue of Green Lantern (english version) as seen on Lost. Auction ends in about 9 hours.
