Saffron: You won't tell anyone about me breaking down? Mal: I won't. Saffron: Then I won't tell anyone how easily I got your gun out of your holster. Mal: I'll take that as a kindness.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Are they gonna restart showing new episodes the week that Alias airs?

confidential to Vonnie: See the email I sent you. For the first translation I only got it the second time you sent it, but the second translation I got it both times. Stupid computers.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Ooh, glad I remembered to set a tape this morning. And now I can try to drag my sister into the show when she gets back next week if they're giving us reruns for a while.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Today is Tuesday, Brenda. New ep tomorrow.

Then again, you can't be too prepared!

Crap. That means I forgot to set a tape for TAR. Must not dawdle getting home from work.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

this week's eppy is the LAST new one before January.

Aw, damnit.

::twitches at the expectation of withdrawal::

I wish folks would write longer, plotty speculative fic to slake my thirst for more Lost in the meantime. Drabbles and random smut are well and good, but they're like little candies. Something meatier would be good.

I *think* it was one of the obscure yuletide challenge fandoms, so hopefully there would be a few good stories there.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Alas, no. Lost got something of a fandom infrastructure fast; the Yuletide folks decided not to include it. (I'm sure I remember that it was suggested.)

Double crap. My boss is taking me out for drinks tonight, which would be awkward to bail on for TV reasons. Lord, I'm an idiot.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

You could drink really fast, and then go home?

We scheduled late sessions this week, and it's supposedly being Tivo'd, but the SO is doing tomorrow's late session, so I'm going to try to sneak off and watch in the back office. Heh.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

PARTYMAN!!! I'd been wondering where you were, and how it went with that one girl.

Are they gonna restart showing new episodes the week that Alias airs?

January 12, my sources say.
