Seriously. My Claire and Charlie love grows. This is where something Minear-arian happens. It's getting really good.
Lost: OMGWTF POLAR BEAR
[NAFDA] This is where we talk about the show! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I was pretty sure there was one black eye AND one white eye. Very creepy. And what did he say to Claire?
Yes! I knew I forgot something! The black/white eyes were creepy. I think he said something about it being her fault? But I could be totally wrong because I have NO short-term memory left.
I also hated Hated HATED Thomas, because, hello? Your idea to have this baby. And now, "it's real"? Guh. It horrifies me because I know there are actually men like that out there.

He did have one black and one white eye. I can't remember exactly what he said, but it was something along the lines of "it's your responsibility to look after the child." I think.
I'm starting to wonder if Locke isn't so much the Voice of the Island as he is someone who is asking people to choose sides. He hasn't forced anyone to do anything, but he has been a major catalyst for people's moral choices. F'r example:
Charlie--giving up drugs
Michael--acting fatherly towards Walt
Sayid--making the decision to torture Sawyer
Jack--confronting his ghosts
Does that make any kind of sense? I don't think that he's necessarily good or evil. I think he's going to end up as more of a referee and/or judge.

LIKE THE BLACK AND WHITE STONES.

Word. I knew it was coming, because you could tell that's what happened from the very first episode or so. When Charlie asked if the father had been on the plane, Claire's response pretty much said-without-saying that the bastard had left her.
But dude. The psychic deliberately put her on the doomed flight. The fuck? And if he did that to ensure Claire would raise her child...then she's safe, right? Or else he's a crappy psychic, or he didn't put on his psychic glasses, or something.
STAY ALIVE CLAIRE STAY ALIVE.
Emilie de Ravin looked really pretty tonight.
Nah, they're just giving her backbone now to make her more lovable. If she was all batting her eyelashes and saying "Rescue me, Charlie," we'd probably be gagging.
Update: Roommate just squealed and said "Ooh! Brian McKnight and Jessica! That should be AWESOME!" shudder
Yeah, there was the other Locke black&white thing earlier, too, eh? With Walt?
OK, I have to go to bed, even though I'm all wound up about this episode and what it means and what happened, and why oh why didn't I tape it? So, everyone, post lots of good stuff so when I drag my sick ass out of bed tomorrow to go to work, I'll have something to focus on while I summon the will to live.
The WILL to LIVE, people! Help a sister out!
OK, I think the Nyquil has kicked in. Offa to bed.

The fact that Walt's black and he's white?
Oh, you mean the backgammon.
ION, Jessica and Ashlee or whoever won't stop singing. I'm going to have to haul my butt into the other room to turn off the tv. They are totally off key. Argh.
Oh, you mean the backgammon.
Hee. The black & white's not an anvil, right? Right? Also? Is there a white rock that corresponds to the black rock? Cause there could be on a volcanic island.
I HAVE TO GO BACK AND WATCH EVERY SINGLE EPISODE RIGHT NOW!
