I was fine when existence had no meaning. Meaninglessness in a universe that has no meaning -- that I get. But meaninglessness in a universe with meaning? What does that mean?

I love Shannon, but I always like the bitchy characters. I was a big Cordelia fan. Now she started out pretty awful and ended up being kind of cool (my favorite Cordy period was around season three when she was still shallow and bitchy, but helped the gang out) -- maybe Shannon will mature like Cordy did.

Boone just seems nice when he stands next to Shannon. But then so would Hitler....

So far, the few flashbacks we've seen have led us to sympathize with the person in the flashback. Right now, I can't think of anything that would make me like these two.

Hmm, I know I'd be happy to see her start glowing and get raptured right off the island.

Are you sure you don't mean "raptored" right off the island, Matt?

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

There's always got to be at least one bitchy person in a crowd - it'll get boring otherwise. Fans need a character to hate and Shannon gets my vote (for now).

All is well that ends in pizza.

I think I would want to phrase this as "who could be considered unattractively overweight." In Samoa, he'd be a hunka, hunka burning love.

Given that Locke and possibly Jack's deceased father got "better" on the island, I'd prefer safely assumed into Misty Magic Land where we'll never have to hear from her again.

I'd like to see more Sawyer/Shannon interaction. Right now he's the only person who can actually get the best of her, and it's great.

And every show does need a bitch. I find her hilarious (and I love that crossword puzzle, P-C. My friend and I managed to get all but three answers).

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

When I first saw it, I thought it was an old puzzle that was relevant, but then I looked at the clues and started laughing my ass off. I haven't tried to do it myself. Maybe I'll try right now.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Am I the only one who finds Shannon not entertainingly bitchy in the least? I think it's the actress -- I just don't buy her.
