Joyce: You don't think it's too obvious? I think I look like I have a cat on my head. Buffy: But a very well groomed cat. Joyce: Well that's a comfort.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

My first thought was, "Oh my God, he found some peanuts and smashed them up."

Hehe, me too. When he said "Extra, extra smooth", I was thinking he'd just added way too much water. Of course, I figured he'd go to Sawyer for it, see what kind of a mess was going on there, and just call it a day.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I thought Charlie had lost his nut for a minute, with the blinvisible peanut butter.

Up with the sun

Thanks, Kate. It all makes sense now.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

This episode rocked hard, like diamond hard.

Sawyer's "Hurt me!" thing was so much more complex than what we are usually offered on network TV.

The Kate/Sawyer kiss was so much more tounge-o-lischious than it had to be. Kate blushed.

So hot.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

The picture that accompanied the NYTimes article today was of Charlie holding the empty jar, but I didn't equate this with a peanut butter jar until he pulled it out of the bag. BTW, I loved that the NYT used a picture of Dom, even though they could just as easily have picked Matthew Fox or Josh Holliday, since they had more screentime tonight.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Yeah, but I think more people know about Dom from LotR, so he's a better candidate for that kind of PR.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I'm with zenkitty and others....Sawyer does not spur feelings of empathy in me. My beau was watching with me and he actually wanted Jack and Sayid to kill Sawyer. Whew.

I enjoyed the ep better than last week but I think I think that I actually enjoyed seeing Sayid with a knife.

Am I disturbed?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I'm in the "Locke is stirring up trouble and probably clubbed Sayid" camp. Especially after he gave Sayid the knife.

Liked the episode overall. I was wondering why the couple having a kid mattered so much until the reveal from Kate at the end. Also liked that Sawyer didn't actually burn the letter.

I am wondering if the woman from next week's preview is real or a flashback. It seems a little early to reveal there are other people on the island, if there in fact are. Especially since we still have 32 other survivors that we haven't really met yet, for the most part.

le nubian is disturbed. We knew this, but we figured "le nubian is a Buffista, she needs more splashy blood than most", so it didn't bother us. Much.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Would it help if I told you that I myself don't have a sharp hunting knife in my possession?
