Now hold on, I'm gonna press the right pedal harder. I expect us to accelerate.

Thrive to spite them

As much as I liked some of the shots at the end the musical montages have got to stop.

I have to admit when I saw the little boy in that great big house I started to wonder why his letter had such poor grammar.

I'm starting to soften up WRT Boone. He's got Shannon's back. It's cool.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Still not finding Sawyer likeable. Don't feel sorry for him, either.

Okay, preview indicates Sayid-torture. Did we have to have Sayid torture someone in order for us to feel like he deserved torture? TV is all into instant karma. I hate it. Joss should write everything. Well, or Tim. Or Ben Edlund. Or the guy who wrote Ariel. Or... Hell, just run it by me before you do anything.

it's also a bit too gooey

True that.

OK, now firmly on the "enough with the musical montages already" bandwagon. Or, I guess just the wagon, forget the band.

Awww, Sayid with the hand kiss? (blockthefingernailthing blockthefingernailthing) Pretty, pretty man making with the old fashioned sweet (justblockthetorturepart).

All is well that ends in pizza.

Sayid is on walkabout, gets trapped in a snare, gets cut down and strapped down, and a Mysterious figure (female?) is seen preparing a hypodermic, and Sayid is all "Who are you?"

Meanwhile, Jack goes looking for Sayid, and Kate is all "WTF?"

I probably missed something.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, that little half-smile he gave Shannon was nice.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Argh! Prettiest man is leaving!

Noooo! And re: next week... OMGWTF???

At least that song montage didn't go on too long.

Charlie and Claire are ridiculously cute together.

That kiss? Mmm. And I'm not even a Sawyer fangirl.

That note is in remarkably good condition for having been carried around and handled for thirty years or so. And we still don't know what he was doing in Australia.

I dunno, some might get a Hodgeberry vibe in that last scene.... heh.

There's some kind of bag that opens up and Hurley has a reaction to it and then someone runs and goes get Jack.

Reaction as in "omg!wt?"

I can fanwank the letter by saying that Sawyer had it but didn't carry it around until after the scam we just saw him try to pull.

I'm with you, Zenkitty. Sawyer may be hot and I like hot men, but he's too much into his self-pity to be likable. Still hot, though.
