Did Shannon actually turn on her antenna? I didn't see her do it, just lighting the flare.
They cut away before they showed her doing so, but she lit the flare first, which is what she was told to do.
And? Yay!!!

I was so surprised that Shannon actually remembered to light the flare that I was sure they were going to have her forget to turn it on.
The way she scrambled, I'm confident she did. If she would have been all pissy about it, maybe...

No one here has mentioned the fact that Locke?
Is totally billytea.
That was a great scene (the moth scene).
Though it was a brave choice on Locke's part to actually pull the drugs out and dangle them in in front of him. I wouldn't have thought the speech was that good, but hey. It's Locke. It's a thing.
But doesn't every kid, and every kid's show get the moth speech? It was a cliche, and it bothered me. I'm not sure yet if it bothered me that Locke would use a cliche (which he's done before with the black white thing) or if it bothered me that the writer(s) made him use a cliche. He sold it well, though.
But doesn't every kid, and every kid's show get the moth speech?
Yeah, but that was using the moth speech like a laser beam. Pow!
Plus, they don't always give you the bit about the moth being to weak, if you help it, when you're a kid.
MOTH!
WHACK!!!
I wonder who that could have been....?
