Board time was 11:19:45 pm PDT = 23:19:45 PDT Saturday
PDT+7 = GMT
23:19:45 PDT Saturday = 06:19:45 GMT Sunday = 07:19:45 Sunday morning Bern local time (GMT+1, as per your post #2444 in Natter).
A clock that turns 23:19:45 PDT into "not even 20:30" would have to be in, say, Samoa.
