Just picked up my copy at the local library, going to start it soonish. In checking how many pages it was (255), I did happen to notice a name mentioned (Is it OK to mention it here, this early?) which makes me somewhat eager. Is it the character I know, or just a tribute to them from the author? Interesting . . . .

I'm still at the slow part that someone mentioned, and am having some difficulty figuring out the world...real or not, time period, etc. I live in the hope that things will come together a bit soon. I am in Utah, but I'm in Provo, which is a half-hour drive from Salt Lake--at Western speeds, which means 60 mph is for wimps. I don't know if the Provo library system is hooked in to the Salt Lake system. Yes, it's only laziness that keeps me from checking.
