[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Cole? Is this part of the thing?

would make a pretty spiffy tag too

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

amych, are you watching with amyth?

Nah. The amazing wonder laptop and I had 6 hours of meetings today, so I just couldn't face going back out. Some of that crew should log in -- I miss them.

Is this baby's first watch-n-post?

Trust my rage

Is this baby's first watch-n-post?

Actually, she made the pilot, although this time she's actually awake. Never too early to expose them to graphic sexual content.

eta: yay, one if these days I'd let to get to amyth's for TV night, but who knows when that will happen. Maybe in November...

"Don' be e-scared"

So I did two interviews today, and both times got asked if I was gonna "tone back" the gore. What show are they watching?

Stephanie - Jun 15, 2005 4:16:21 pm PDT #8970 of 10001
Trust my rage

Maybe they are reacting to the "idea of gore" because I haven't seen much gore.

Never too early to expose them to graphic sexual content.

Makes 'em well rounded.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I wrote this character for Hart, Matt.

Cool. He does understated, gradually escalating creepiness very well.

Just once I'd like to see an investigator go to a fetish club and have the doorman say "Hi ____, it's not your usual night."

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

What show are they watching?

Tim, I had to stop looking at the TV during the opening moments of the teaser when Rebecca if leafing through the photos. Everybody has different limits.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

You know, S&M types on TV are always a lot more snide than the ones in real life.

On the other hand, they tend to look better.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

CSI is much gorier, IMO, in a oogy way.
